The Mission

Design Thinking Process

A deep dive through the full design-thinking process — from uncovering problems all the way to a 3D-printed physical prototype.

The Process

We first listed out over 100 problems from our experiences and from our peers.

We then dove deep into one problem space.

We learned how to sketch out what we thought would be a great solution to the problem.

We used foam models to rapidly prototype the solution and challenge all of our assumptions.

I took the project beyond the classroom to learn CAD.

I then learned how to use 3D printers and printed out a physical model of the binding.
